Automatic line plant for the production of precooked pasta, Lasagne and Cannelloni

Each machine is equipped with a speed variator that allows synchronization of the production line and makes it possible to vary the process parameters (cooking time, cutting length, etc.).

The pasta dough coming from the kneader or from an automatic rolling mill once rolled, is collected and addressed by an inlet conveyor inside the tank of the cooker, which will contain water heated through a heat exchanger present on the base of the tank, to a suitable temperature (<100 °).

In the tank containing hot water there are two overlapping and parallel conveyor belts made of immersed stainless steel, integral with the lid.

Pasteurization line

 

Steam pasteurization line for filled and non-filled pasta with a saturated steam feed and a salami sliced vibrating machine.
It is possible to combine them with steam superheater for greater penetration of the product, suitable for productions from 200 to 1000 Kg/H.
